Log Concern on our Warranty Portal

OEMs submit warranty or quality concerns through the our Portal, triggering the AutoRMS process to schedule an inspection and assessment.

Claim Validation & Reporting

AutoRMS conducts an in-depth inspection and determines if the issue is an OEM fault or a third-party issue. If non-OEM, the client is referred to an appropriate repairer.

OEM Fault Resolution & Pricing

If an OEM defect is confirmed, AutoRMS collaborates with PPG to create a rectification procedure and a national standardised pricing guide for repairs.

National Rectification Rollout

AutoRMS facilitates a nationwide implementation of the rectification process: Directly managing the entire repair workflow, or Coordinating through the OEM’s dealer network.

Quality Inspection & Reporting

Once repairs are completed, AutoRMS performs a post-repair quality inspection, generating a detailed report to validate compliance and ensure long-term defect resolution.
